I just bought that bag right before my business travel, so I have only owned it for a fortnight. But I would trust the previous review concerning the construction and wheels. That bag has plenty of room for all the high tech equipment (Laptop, Smartphone, Iphone, Noise-cancelling Headphones, Outer Hard Drive and Take a trip Router) and business documents. 

Just to note it will not fit in the cost to do business bin on a CRJ.

This is my everyday bag. I typically take 2 laptops and a change of clothes which all fit very nicely in. Very solid construction and incredibly smooth rolling. I i'm a huge fan on the Travelpro Crew product line.
